    Whole place was clean with beautiful views; peaceful location to beautiful waterfront. Got the same fairmont room booked online, appreciated that. We had an electric kettle and glassware. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, great services. Location: the hotel was next to a mall, shops and sightseeing, shopping and dining. The stay was such wonderful.

    The Fairmont Waterfront is in a perfect location, just steps from the waterfront and easy access to restaurants and shops. The staff was great. Our room had amazing views of the harbor, and the decor felt luxurious yet cozy.

    Fairmont gold program (hotel within hotel) really makes hotel wonderful. Felt like the hotel was only two floors (our room on 8th & concierge on 9th). 7 am - 10 pm lounge was extremely relaxing. Would seek this concept again at other fairmonts or other hotels.

    Unexpected service ups and downs

    The warm welcome from Wishav at checkout redeemed our experience. He ensured we felt valued and offered a complimentary meal, turning our stay around.

    Unfortunately, the rude check-in experience with Daniel was disheartening. It set a negative tone, and the cleaning could have been more thorough regarding our room's hygiene.

    Staying at the Fairmont Waterfront was a delight. The fine views of the harbor captivated me, and I loved the cozy corner in my room. The only downside was some noise disturbances from the hallway. An enjoyable experience in a fantastic location.

    The hotel is well positioned on the Waterfront of Vancouver and a short walk to the City Centre and Gas Town. You could see the sea planes taking offf and landing from your room. The quality of service of Fairmont Gold staff was excellent, Complimentary breakfast and canapes served in the exclusive lounge for Gold guests only.

    All my thoughts, no sugarcoating

    I enjoyed a lovely stay, thanks to cute staff and lovely water views. The pool offered a nice respite, although bar service could be improved as it closed early. My spacious room needed some updates, but comfort was key. Ideal location near attractions made walking enjoyable.

    The staff at the Fairmont provide excellent service and are incredibly friendly. My husband and I commented to each other that they must be treated very well to be so engaged in their jobs.

    Everytime we left the hotel we were swarmed by homeless people asking for spare change and cigarettes. I realize this is not the fault of the Fairmont, but definitely something we didn't enjoy.
